Introduction:
Formed in 2004 healycornelius design consultancy has developed an architectural, technological and design practice to serve a growing client base for projects based within the South East of England.
The practice has grown steadily, nurturing a strong team of architects, technologists and designers who create solutions and deliver consultancy services in the private residential, commercial residential, retail and restaurant sectors.
Client Services:
Services range from architectural interior design through to new build from concept to construction and completion. This includes obtaining statutory permissions for Listed Building Consent, Planning Permission, Premises Licence, Building Regulations Approvals and Party Wall Awards, in addition to assisting with securing Landlords Permissions.
Industry Services:
healycornelius design consultancy also provides Architectural Technology advice, Planning and Building Regulations Applications and Production Drawing packages to Interior Design and Architectural Consultancies in addition to providing Construction Management and Cost Control functions for Building Contractors
Awards:
Winner of the 2007 Camden Building Control ‘Build Quality Award’ for the design and refurbishment of No. 300 Kentish Town Road London NW5, which included the extension and refurbishment of three residential apartments and an extensive reconfiguration of the building to form a restaurant at basement and ground floor level. |
